Our training always starts with a fitness test; don't be put off though, this is for your fitness level and so that you have a benchmark with which to work from. So whether you are new to fitness or an experienced gym goer this tests your current levels so there's no failing! Then your sessions moving forward, will consist of a warm up and team games, followed by a series of body weight, circuit, speed, agility and quickness exercises to help lose weight, tone, improve your fitness and strength.
