Do I need to be fit already?

No we cater for all abilities, so whether you are an avid gym goer or new to fitness, we will support you all the way.

What if I can't make a session? 

Don't worry you'll only miss out on the fun, but each week is different so you won't get left behind.

Can I bring a friend?

Yes and if you refer someone for a whole course get a free Fitness Troop T shirt.

Can I get help with my diet? 

Yes we are nutritionally qualified and can advise on diet and nutrition. Also keep an eye on our news feed for regular nutritional advice.

Where are the Boot Camps held?

The Saturday Boot Camps meet outside The Pitville Pump Rooms and start at 1030.

The Wednesdays Boot Camps are held at various locations near to the Pitville Pump Rooms and the location for that week will be sent to the members. These are held at 1800.

What if I’m quite strong but don't enjoy running?

Everyone has their strengths and weaknesses, you will find that some excel at things where others don't and visa versa. All sessions encompass every aspect of fitness so even if you don't like something you won't even know you're doing it!
