We are the latest fitness challenge to storm the Cheltenham and the Cotswolds. The Fitness Troop offer fitness boot camps in Cheltenham. We give you the opportunity to get fit and healthy, lose weight and meet people, all in the great outdoors. So no matter what your fitness level, come and join us at the next boot camp and have fun getting into shape. If you ever needed a reason to ditch that gym membership you never use, here it is.

We are Ex Military and civilian trainers, 12 years experience in the military and years of experience in one to one and group training. Qualified and skilled in strength training, speed, agility and quickness, circuits, core stability, Pilates, weight training, functional movement and correction and level 3 personal training, to name a few. We can provide the knowledge and support you need to help you achieve your goals.
